Calorie Calculator
Calculate daily calorie needs using the Harris-Benedict formula.
About this Calculator
Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the number of calories your body needs at rest. This calculator uses the revised Harris-Benedict formula to estimate BMR from age, sex, height, and weight, then multiplies by an activity factor to get Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). From there, it calculates calorie targets for weight loss (500 cal deficit), maintenance, and weight gain (500 cal surplus) — your personalized daily calorie roadmap.
